Hello,
I am seeking assistance with an identity validation request for Azure Trusted Signing that has been stuck in the "In Progress" status since January 8th, 2026. We have provided all requested documentation and completed the required email verification, but there has been no update for over two weeks.
This delay is currently blocking our commercial Windows application launch.
Details of the request:
Organization Name: NeuroVirt Limited
I have the Subscription ID and Validation ID ready to share via private message for review
Documents Submitted: UK Companies House Confirmation Statement (CS01) dated 2025-10-29
Submission Date: January 8, 2026
We have already verified that no "Action Required" emails are pending in our spam/junk folders. Could a moderator please look into this or route it to the vetting team for manual review?
