I've just changed my phone and am requested to sign in to add the 3 accounts I had on Authenticator. have successfully added one but the other 2 are proving very difficult

I have successfully added one but the other 2 are proving very difficult, I'm going round in circles. This means that I can't access one of my accounts at all.
Being asked for verification but the right screens aren't coming up where I can enter codes.
I have the passwords for the acounts but never get the chance to enter them?
It all worked so well before on the old phone :(

How do I scan the QR code when it's on the phone and the phone is the only device I have to scan the QR code?
