Entra ID issues and need somebody to call/assist me

Hi Team

I would require some assistance as trying to get Azure up and running for my organization but same time having some office issues with my EntraID and cannot log in as administrator

When trying to reset the password the email verification works however the phone call seems to continue to have issues so I cannot reset and move on.

This prevents me moving my custom domains all together.

Can somebody please assist me as the automated helpdesk just goes in circles to frustration
