I'm trying to access the LinkedIn Premium offer, but despite having a Microsoft account, it does not let me sign in.

I am attempting to access the offer on this page https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/college-student-pricing. I am signed into my college account, but for some reason, when I go to this website, the website does not let me sign into it with this email. I tried to sign in with my personal email to see if the offer can be activated differently, and then, regardless of my age, it would say I am not old enough to purchase this. I am actively in college.
