Hello @Grandelius, Annica,
Thank you for reaching out to the Q&A forum!
Besides, the Q&A Assist response, I would like to provide some additional clarification so you can have a clearer understanding of the analytics capabilities currently available in Sway.
I also found this article that explains in more detail what Sway Analytics can display: Analyze Engagements using Sway Analytics for your Sway Presentations

However, at this time, Sway does not support advanced or user‑level analytics such as identifying exactly who opened the Sway, tracking individual user behavior, section‑level analytics or click‑tracking or detailed metrics for each viewer.
I hope you understand that Sway is designed primarily for storytelling, presentations, and simple content sharing, rather than functioning as a specialized newsletter analytics tool. Because of this, its built‑in analytics focus on general engagement trends rather than detailed tracking.
Since this is by design, I highly recommend submitting feedback directly through the Microsoft Feedback Portal so Microsoft Product Team can consider adding this feature in future updates.

If you've already submitted feedback, please share the link here, so not only me, but others can also vote it up. I truly appreciate you're understanding and patience as Microsoft continues to evolve the platform.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
