How to delete an email-account from my Microsoft authenticator?

I have a problem with authenticator, it has worked well for a year but now it looks like one of my email-accounts is logged out and it says ”log in to add your account”. The problem is that when I try to log in it asks me to go to authenticator to accept but I’m already in authenticator so I can’t do that. I think I need to delete this email-account and start over, but how do I delete? Kindest regards /Amanda

I can’t choose the credential card for the email-adress, I can’t klick on it or open it.

I do not have the trash can icon only the gear wheel icon. I click on it and the only option I have is to rename the email address.

Any other ideas?

To delete an email account from your Microsoft Authenticator, follow these steps:

Open the Microsoft Authenticator app.
Locate the credential card for the email account you want to delete.
Select the credential card to view its details.
Tap on the trash can icon in the upper right corner to delete the credential.
Confirm the deletion prompt.

Please note that deleting a verifiable credential is an irrevocable process, and you will need to go through the issuance process again if you want to add the account back later.
