Not getting MFA notifications for the external organizations I'm connected to.

I got a new phone, signed into Authenticator but am not able to connect to my outside organizations. I no longer get prompts/notifications for my outside organizations and this is the error message with no other login options.

They are still listed as connected, I have deleted my old phone, reset my MFA, deleted the app and resigned in, tried signing in online, tried leaving the org but need a mfa number to do that.

Any help would be great, thanks!
