Replace my old GoTo

Hi. For a few years now, I have been using the GoTo computer. The battery is practically unusable now. I bought a GoTo Laptop. Both are under MajorDad64. I want to replace the original GoTo. OR, replace the battery because that is all that is wrong with it. It has had ‘gentle use’ all its life. I am the original owner. Is it still available for purchase?

Thanks.

It seems that you are looking to replace the battery for your GoTo computer or possibly replace the entire device. Unfortunately, the provided context does not contain specific information regarding the availability of batteries or devices for the GoTo line. I recommend checking with the manufacturer or authorized retailers for the availability of replacement batteries or devices. You may also want to explore options for contacting customer support for assistance with your specific model.

There is no "GoTo" Surface device. The original Surface Go was a 2 in 1 released in 2018. There have been several models since then, ending with the Surface Go 4 (for business). Replaceable batteries were not sold for these devices. Only the Go 3 is still "supported" for repair/exchange. Microsoft no longer sells the Surface Go models. Some customers have purchased the 12 inch Surface https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/store/configure/surface-pro-12-inch/8mzbmmcjzqv2 to replace older Surface Go devices.
