Long story short : Lost my data due to reset (No other choice). install app and went back in → activate cloud backup → ALL accounts gone. 1st attempt to submit request → request got taken down. so, go ahead and take this one down microsoft, i dare you. all you did is just giving me more reasons to stop following you. but if u do have a heart, give me back all my saved accounts.
