How can i get back my password by using my phone number? I can't use it. It doesn't let me use password verification method by using my telephone number even though its correct.

I can't get my password back by using my telephone number which is saved to my e mail [mod: PII redacted]@hotmail.com what should i do? I forgot my emails saved as alternative to reach my password and now can't use it properly. Sent a support request but also forgot my special question.
