My authenticator keeps asking to sign in. Cant track the source

I keep getting sign in requests from my authenticator. So I changed my password. I am still recieving them. I tried checking the login log, but I cant track the source down there. Any help in tracking the source, and shutting it down is apreciated!

LG 10 Reputation points2026-01-31T15:39:15.2566667+00:00 I've been having the same issue for the past week. When I go to the account details to see the IP the request comes from, there's no information there. No failed attempts listed.
