Issues with two factor authentication

I have a main Microsoft account that was temporarily suspended (******@outlook.com). When the suspension was over, it went to "Locked" status.

After following many instructions to unlock it, I realized that I'm facing issues with the second factor authentication. I have gotten to the point where it asks me to send a code via email to ******@gamil.com (alternate email) or an SMS to my phone, and when I selected any of those options, it told me that there's a problem with the system and that I should try later. I've been trying "later" for over 3 weeks without success.

When trying to login, it asks me to use the Authenticator app, shows a number in the screen, I received the message in the app, but when I selec the matching number and approve it, it says that there is an internal error an cannot communicate with the server.

Between the suspension and this issue, I've lost communication with my account for months! I would appreciate your help to solve my issues with the TFA.
