Hello Microsoft Q&A.
I am writing because i am experiencing the following error trying to access my azure admin account - I have lost my MFA Authenticator access and am trying to validate with SMS to no avail.
Error Code: 399287
Request Id: 8c5641c9-2c38-4989-a768-50710fdf0a00
Correlation Id: 8d421e8a-b2ae-42fd-8a97-3d4b0c5f2811
Timestamp: 2026-01-13T15:16:24Z
I believe this error means that my phone number is blacklisted, however it has never been used for any malicious activity.
I am posting here because i simply cannot find out how to open a support ticket without being logged in.
Please help me resolve this.
