I have deleted my resource, without releasing the phone number, when im trying ot but a new phone number, why is it not letting me other get a new one?

1. The exact error message you see when trying to purchase the phone number (a screenshot would be helpful).
2. Are you trying to acquire the same phone number that was previously attached to the deleted resource, or a new number?
3. When was the Communication Services resource deleted? (Within the last 7 days or earlier)
4. Do you currently see any phone numbers listed under the Azure Communication Services -> Phone Numbers section?
5. Are you purchasing the number in the same subscription and region as before?
