Unable to Renew Azure Code Signing Certificate - Identity validation Failed

I'm unable to renew my Azure Code Signing certificate due to identity validation failure.
I'm located in India and migrated from GlobalSign to Microsoft Azure Code Signing last year. The certificate worked fine until now, but I received a renewal notification today.
The renewal process fails at the identity validation step
