Can't authenticate my email on my phone or pc

Hello,

I recently got a new phone and went to setup my email. It wants me to use Microsoft Authenticator to sign in. The problem is its sending the code to the email that I can't log into. I tried signing in on my pc but I haven't signed in on my pc to that email in a long time because I always use my phone. Now my pc also wants me to use Microsoft Authenticator to access the email... So I cant sign into my email on either device because I can't authenticate it because I can't log in to the email where they are sending the codes... Please Help! I signed into a different email just to ask this question..
