Using classic Outlook for Windows in business environments
Hi Paul,
Outlook doesn’t currently allow to fully hide non‑working hours. Microsoft has confirmed that the calendar layout always shows 24 hours even if you set your work schedule.
To make your calendar easier to read just tweak your work hours in File → Options → Calendar. This will grey out the off-hours, so your actual work time pops out.
You can also set up a custom view so your calendar automatically opens at your start time. Just switch to Day or Work Week view scroll to 8 AM then save it through View → Change View → Manage Views. After that, Outlook will always open focused on your workday.
Regards,
