I am trying to pass ID validation using Au10tix, but everytime, I try to verify with either Passport or Driver License, it continues to fail. I have tried over a dozen times.
What's worse is that there is no error message indicating what went wrong. Can someone please help me?
Yes, my account has the Trusted Signing Identity Verifier and Trusted Signing Certificate Profile Signer roles assigned
- The identity validation keeps showing as "In Progress" and "Action Required" in Azure Portal, nothing changes after the identification attempts
I have ensured all my information, passport, name, matches on Azure and my ID.
