This sounds like an Authenticator “verification loop” caused by a broken or incomplete MFA registration (the account is configured to require the Authenticator app, but the app itself isn’t fully registered or restored). The only supported fix is to use an alternate sign‑in method (SMS/voice/backup code) or have an admin reset MFA / require re‑registration, which forces a new QR code and clean Authenticator setup.
