Need some help resetting a business account? Locked Out and screwed

I am losing all hope of getting help from Microsoft. I've spent the last 3 days trying to get a case number setup with Microsoft's stupid phone tree. My business account got locked out becaues I bought a new phone. I had the system setup for multi factor authentication. Now I'm locked out of my account and I can't get any help because I am the only admin on our small business account and the system won't let me get in. The phone system won't create a ticket number it keeps crashing. I'm losing my mind trying to get some help and I am about ready to just say fuck it and find some way to just block the charges on my credit card. I'm that fed up with Microsoft's lack of support. This is absolutely ridiculous. All the articles say the same thing to call in and log a ticket, but I can't even do that. I'm only posting here out of absolute frustration. I have no solutions and I'm seriously about to break down and give up on technology all together. I've never had such a frustrating and poor support situation in my entire life with any other product. This will probably be the last anyone ever hears of this or cares as I try in vain to get back on the phone tree and get a ticket logged to help me. I'm lost.
