Email and account theft

Hello. Right here we go. So, My email has been stolen and has prevented links to various things. I had to create a temp email to access this as I cant log into my original email, which is says its fine when i go through some of the steps. Due to this I cant sign out of the account on my laptop either as all the security things have been changed. This had links to my xbox too, but i did get the subscription stopped A live chat function would be good or even having the option to speak to someone, as having no option to solve this kind of thing online.
