Our 'Organization Identity Validation' for Azure Trusted Signing has been is the status "In Progress" for 7 or more days. I've tried to raise a support request to query this, but I am unable to purchase a "developer support plan" due to "we encountered an error purchasing your support plan" - so I'm unable to raise a support request, and unable to get any support to figure out why I can't purchase a support plan. Can anyone look into this for me? Thanks

The best path forward is to open a subscription/account support ticket (not technical support) and reference your Trusted Signing enrollment ID. If the portal keeps blocking you, escalate through your Microsoft Partner manager or regional account team.
