How to transfer all keys and codes from Authenticator due to a hacked account to a more safe one?

I lost access to my principal account on Microsoft but I still have the access in my Authenticator but I’m not sure how to transfer it to another account that is safer or secondary I tried recovering it all but still failed because Microsoft couldn’t help me recover despite having that account by years sadly the emails and any kind of purchase were by gifts, principally cuse BOLIVIA, and t didn’t really use at all as a principal way of messaging via email. Please help 😔. They simply erased my account and no longer exist

To transfer keys from Authenticator app- do you mean to transfer to a new phone or? Because if this is what you are looking for you need to backup all codes and then restore backup in the new phone. But given you have the primary device with the authenticator app, I would not expect you to want to transfer keys and codes- you can still use it as it.
