How can I recover a permanently suspended Microsoft account?

My Microsoft account was permanently suspended due to the account being hacked and compromised. I contacted Microsoft support on an appeal, but they said I have to talk to the higher-level team. I also made many requests of appeals and stuff, but they always told me they had no choice but to suspend the account, and when I contacted them, I gave them information of the hacking the time of hacking ETC.

If there is anyone who can give me a straight answer on why I can't recover the account and or how I can recover it, can you please help me. If anyone knows how to request an appeal or recover it, please let me know, the account is very important. Also I want to say I did the appeal from the website https://www.microsoft.com/digitalsafety/appeal and https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/digitalsafety/account-reinstatement , im still waiting for responses from them.

I have been faced with the same fate, unfortunately I cannot understand why I can't prove my identity directly with the team instead of them saying "there's nothing to be done".

There really is, since I have all the information about the account contrary to the hacker I can prove my identity.

It should also be noted that a Brazilian man had to go to court for this and won so I still am puzzled at why they haven't changed their approach to these occurrences.

Overall, I can't understand why I can't prove my right to the account and then have the password changed/reset just as it ordinarily should, I even have the recovery code.

Not my fault they changed all the security information without sending any kind of notification to me.

This means that Microsoft Support has permanently suspended the account, as they confirmed it can no longer be recovered, to prevent the hacker from using it.

Unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done in this case.

So this mean I can’t recover anything or get access from the account? Is there still a way to recover OneDrive files if you have it logged into a windows pc or is there still a way to recover game data on Xbox like Minecraft worlds? I can’t make a request?
