Unable to Verify Identity for Azure Login – Error 399287

Dear Microsoft Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue while trying to log in to my MS account. I just have a new phone and unfortunately I didn't backup my authenticator settings. Now if I want to login to my account it ask to fill in the nr in my authenticator app but I got the following error:

I have already tried alternative login methods and deleted the account from the authenticator app but every time I try it askes again to put numbers in the authenticator app. As I am also the admin for the l domain I really need to login again.
