How do I recover my 2FA codes after swapping to a new phone

so I’ve got a new phone and reinstalled Microsoft Authenticator because I needed it for a 2FA for rockstar games but when I opened it I don’t have any of my codes that I had on my old phone, but I can’t access my rockstar games account without it on iPhone
