Stock prices not refreshing Microsoft Excel 365.

Looking for alternatives to use. Something so simple yet Microsoft can't seem to fix.

This has been ongoing for days now and seems to be a global issue. To say the least - this happening at a year-end and not being attended to and resolved immediately with the highest criticality is very unproffessional, I'd even call it arrogant on Microsoft's side. Go fix - now!

This is really making life difficult - has anyone tried "Wisesheets" ?? Would it be working now while Microsoft quotes are not working? Answering my own question 24 hours later: Wisesheets does work and I'm using it temporarily as Microsoft quotes now down for 3 days. I thought MS would be much more reliable - very disappointing. And communications from MS have been miserable.

This is frustrating. Don't they have SLA for paying customers?

This is now day 3 of Stock Prices not refreshing in Excel 365. I did chat with a representative through the Chat option, and he stated that this is a known issue and they did not have any information on when it would be fixed.

Same issue. No issues with Google sheets.

There appears as if Microsoft is not actually answering the question of when or if the Stock servers will ever be working properly again. This list of questions and comments only seem to be a means to allow Microsoft users a place to post things that may not ever be answered or fixed. Is there another means for users to talk to a human using a chat box or an actual phone?

I'm giving it a few more days before I transfer to Google.

I have reported this to MS Help on X and they have responded. I shared the details of the error messages received and a link to this Help page where you all have reported the same issue.

Same issue. It's been over three days now. This is ridiculous.

Same here, very frustrating for both end-of-year stock updates a few days ago, and end-of-week stock updates today. I'm using Excel on a MacBook Pro.

Does anyone have an update on this issue? I'm still having the refresh problem and error message!

I'm still having the same issue for a number of days. Must be a major Bo Bo if it has taken this long to fix. I've wasted a lot of time trying to fix my computer because I thought the problem was local machine.

Yep - I too have wasted a lot of time on this.

MS Quotes still not working after 4 days. My workaround has been to install StockConnector and Wisesheets and set up my spreadsheets to select among MS, StockConnect, and Wisesheets to keep my spreadsheets up to date.

So far, so good.

I imagine with the holidays, the staff devoted to this is limited. I do hope it is fixed Monday.
