How to login to microsoft account when i no longer have access to my authenticator app on my old phone

I am locked out of my Microsoft account because the Authenticator app I used to type in codes to login was on my old phone which I no longer have access to. The app was not backed up and so I’m unable to login to my account on the Authenticator app on my new phone or my account any other device.
