Azure Trusted Signing Identity Validation stuck "In Progress" for 20+ days

I submitted an Identity Validation request for Azure Trusted Signing on December 9, 2025. It has been "In Progress" for over 20 days now.
Organization: FutureSwamp Studios LLC
Identity Type: Public
Identity ID: 9PII
All three required documents were submitted and show checkmarks (accepted):
- Government issued letter (LLC filing) - 12/9/2025
- Domain purchase invoice - 12/9/2025
- Government issued letter (CP 575 G) - 12/10/2025
The status has remained "In Progress" with no updates or requests for additional information. I'm a software developer trying to sign Windows installers for my audio plugin product.
Is there a way to check the status or escalate this validation request? The expected timeline was 3-7 business days.
