Azure Tenant Switch Fails Due to Microsoft Authenticator Code Error

When I log in to my Azure account, my current tenant opens fine. However, when I switch to another tenant, it asks for an authentication code from the Microsoft Authenticator app. Even after entering the correct code, it shows as incorrect. I have checked that my phone’s date and time are set to automatic, and they are. I’ve tried all the solutions available on the internet, but nothing has worked.

Please help, as this is a production issue that I need to resolve urgently.
