I recently changed my phone and reinstalled Microsoft Authenticator on the new device. Even though I signed in using the same Outlook email and cloud backup was enabled on my old phone, none of my previously saved 2FA accounts are showing up. Some very important credentials and 2FA codes were stored there. Could someone please advise what steps I can take to recover them?
