Cant access Microsoft Authenticator due to broken phone

I have a broken phone, therefore I can't access my Microsoft authenticator, which leads to failure of logging in my Microsoft work account (I'm the admin). There is no other ways of signing in, whatever I do, it force me to use the Microsoft authenticator which I do not have access to, I have tried absolutely everything. Please provide solution.
