Trying to use MFA via SMS, because my smartphone is bricked and access to MS Authenticator app is not available. but I get the following:

I'm locked out of my own tenant, for both my Global Admin and simple user account. I have a M365 Basic plan, so no option to have a break glass account without MFA (since there is no conditional access policies and only the security defaults). Can anyone please help?
