Am I able to transfer my Jagex authenticator onto my my device? I lost access to my old phone

I have spoken to Microsoft live chat and Jagex live chat regarding my issue. I had my Jagex account linked to my Microsoft authenticator on my old phone, a POCO X3 that has now fully broken. I am unable now to log into my game account or try and recover the authenticator due to not being able to log into the game. Jagex mentioned back up codes which I haven't received or saved anywhere, they are not in my emails at all. Is there a way to transfer the Jagex part of the authenticator specifically? Or find the backup codes they are referring to.
