For 2 years I have been charged $20.57 each month on my credit card and I don't know why .

My credit card is being charged $20.57 each month by Microsoft for something described as ' Computers and Computer Peripheral Equipment and Software". Despite many previous attempts to contact Microsoft, no-one has responded. My bank can't assist other than cancel my card again. I thought when my credit card expired in November that finally the payments would stop and someone would contact me for new payment details, but the payment was again debited from my new card on 19 December without the requirement of the three digit number on the back of the card.
