How to get my Facebook Authenticator back?

Hoping I can finally get some answers. I switched phones and forgot to backup my authenticator app on my old phone which had my Facebook. Now that im using a new phone and downloaded the Authenticator app, I unable to login to my Facebook app because it's requesting a code which my new phone does not have and neither do I have access to my old phone. I desperately looking for help and neither Microsoft nor Facebook has been helping
