I factory reseted my device i didn't take the backup of all accounts i added in authenticator how i recover those accounts codes??

I lost access to my instagram, facebook and many apps because i didn't take the backup on the authenticator app i was thinking tht the login from the same id would get me access to all my accounts but i lost all access plzz help me on this
