I have tried to validate my Identity for a while now, unsuccessfully

The first data I provided was an invoice for purchasing the domain name, but it was rejected saying data didn't match. That domain is in my personal name and I'm the CEO of my company, however the address of my company is the address that matched on the domain. Did the person verify the address?
I also have shared that my domain is owned by my company, and have provided the printout of this. I'm not sure what is required here, but honestly this is a nightmarish process.

And there's no way for me to respond to this.

2025-12-26T04:41:29.7466667+00:00 They're asking for an assignment letter from the company. I don't get it. My company only has one director, one owner. Me. Am I supposed to write a letter stating that I give myself authorization to act on behalf of the company? This is unbelievable.
