Lost access to authenticator through new phone migration.

Lost access to my ms authenticator when I transferred my old iPhone 14 information to new iPhone 16. Already was able to reset old phone to factory settings before noticing that new phone's MS Authenticator was asking to confirm account with logging in, and it is always asking me to authenticate through 2FA. Also have forgotten the password etc.

Have tried to fill out recovery form, no response.
Have tried to file "https.www.microsoft.comdigitalsafetyaccount-reinstatement" or whatever.
Have reached support, now they told me to come here.
