I’m logged out of my work app and my Authenticator app is glitching saying I need a code even tho the app is the one that provides the code. What should I do?

I use the zebra but I got logged out so when I tried logging back in it said I needed a code from the Authenticator app that my workplace uses. I tried to log into through there but it said I need a code from the Authenticator app even though I’m on the app itself. So I’m not able to check my schedule or log into through both apps at all.
