Identity validation via QR code and the Microsoft Authenticator app for Trusted Signing Account does not work.We have created a public identity check and need to complete the request using the Microsoft Authenticator app. A QR code is displayed for scanning. However, we receive the following error message:
VerifiableCredential You must first add this verified ID and then try again.
When we start the process “Get verified here through our trusted ID verifiers,” we also receive an error message at the end.
It seems that the endpoint did.service.prod.k8s.msidentity.com is not available
