Azure Trusted Signing verification stuck for weeks on "In Progress"

Edit: eventually, a representative reached out by PM to request my application ID and after that point it was prompted resolved. Thank you for the help.
Since I applied for my organization on December 5th and supplied the requested additional documents on the 8th, I have heard no further progress on verification. It still says "In Progress" on the dashboard where it has sat for over two weeks. I have seen other posts in this forum with the same issue and the support staff were able to get it resolved, so I'm hoping Azure staff can help with the same resolution. Thanks.
