I have the same issue.. Costco is claiming that if you have a cc on file you will get an extra 3 months, but when the product is activated, only 12 months are applied. You need to work with your vendors to ensure that they provide accurate information, otherwise you will lose customers due to false advertising. Microsoft can't blame your retailers for your own shortcomings.
