You can backup your data and load it into a different Windows account, but Outlook cannot "back up to DOS."

Export your data from Outlook

Launch Outlook > File > Open & Export > Export/Import

Select Outlook Data File (.pst) as the export destination.

Select the desired folders.

Keep the PST file.

Transfer the PST

Transfer it to the other Windows account after copying it to a shared folder or USB.

Bring it in

Launch Outlook in the newly created account.

Select File > Open & Export > Import/Export.

Select Import from a file (.pst).

Choose the PST and complete
