Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hey there,
Thanks for reaching out to the Microsoft community and explaining your situation. Unfortunately, Microsoft doesn’t allow merging two separate accounts into one because each account is tied to its own email, subscriptions, and services for security reasons.
The best approach is to decide which account you want to keep and make that your primary account. Cancel any active subscriptions on the other account to avoid extra charges. You’ll need to move your data and services manually, like setting your main account as the primary profile on your Xbox and transferring game licenses or sharing games through Home Xbox. For OneDrive or Outlook, download your files and emails from the account you’re closing and upload them to your main account.
Once everything is moved, update any linked apps or services so they point to your primary account. When you’re ready, you can close the secondary account by following Microsoft’s steps for closing an account.
I hope this helps clear things up. If you need more guidance, feel free to reach out again.
Best,
Edward
