I need to speak to someone on how I can combine my two Microsoft accounts each with individual email addresses into one account I am paying for two accounts and I need to drop one.

The best approach is to decide which account you want to keep and make that your primary account. Cancel any active subscriptions on the other account to avoid extra charges. You’ll need to move your data and services manually, like setting your main account as the primary profile on your Xbox and transferring game licenses or sharing games through Home Xbox. For OneDrive or Outlook, download your files and emails from the account you’re closing and upload them to your main account.

Once everything is moved, update any linked apps or services so they point to your primary account. When you’re ready, you can close the secondary account by following Microsoft’s steps for closing an account.

Hello, I have the same concern, but for Azure certifications :
I've sucesfully passed AZ-400 on one account, and didn't realize I booked the AZ-104 certification on another account before succesfully passing it.
Now I have both certifications, but one on each of my two accounts.
I would like to move one of these certifications from one account to another.
Is it something you can do?

This is a major flaw with Microsoft! I have two accounts made by accident because I used the wrong email. I need to combine them into one as I have purchased a large amount of storage on one and the newer one will not let me backup due to not enough storage. As someone on a fixed income, I cannot afford more storage! This frustrates me to no end! I would rather just spend my money on large thumb drives than give it to Microsoft if they are going to try to be so controlling!
