can't log in or recover account, 2FA loop, Authenticator App not available

Good day everyone.

I got following situation going on:

I'm not able to either login nor recover my account, since the password has been entered wrong too many times & and the activated 2FA option won't work to proceed, because set up Authenticator App can't be used because it is on a now broken phone.

I filled out a recovery form, which apparently won't work because 2FA is activated.

Since there was no answer, I contacted support via live chat, which also couldn't help me since apparently this is a Microsoft Authenticator App issue.

So support sent me here.

I beg you to not recommend the obvious, which has already been stated in similar forums, be assured that all of the above has been tried already.

I'm in need of recovering my account and will gladly cooperate, but for this I need your support please.
