Microsoft Silently Changes Entra Conditional Access policies and locks out tenants on purpose??

What the hell Microsoft? You literally walked me through setting up my tenant and MFA conditional access policies to allow OTP to work and help me build the workflow and then you went and flipped some switch on the back end that locked anyone who's using OTP out of authentication. Which includes my brake glass account and global admin which now I'm locked out and have been for a week and a half now and you're not answering my tickets. You've hung up on me twice you've transferred me in the middle of talking to another department after waiting on a call for an hour. This is literally the worst experience at a 35-year-old director level IT expert has had and will remember for the rest of my life. I have three tickets open. None of them are assigned and I can't get a hold of you at Microsoft. What kind of service is this? What has happened to Microsoft?
