Hello,

I am reaching out to request your assistance in configuring language settings for our training modules within Microsoft 365 Attack Simulation Training.

We have employees who are not proficient in English, and to ensure they can successfully complete the training—particularly in scenarios where they may be compromised—it is essential that the modules are available in their local language.

Could you please advise on the process for enabling or adjusting language options for training modules?

    Hi, I completely understand how important it is to make training accessible for everyone.

    The reason the modules are showing in English is that Attack Simulation Training uses the language settings from each user’s Microsoft 365 account and, in some cases, the system’s display language.

    If those settings are left in English, the training content will follow that.

    To fix this, ask your team to check their Microsoft 365 Language & Region settings under “My Account” and switch to their preferred language, then sign out and back in.

    Also, confirm their chosen language is supported by Microsoft’s training platform, there are 28 available options.
