Hello Microsoft Support Team,
I am raising a complaint regarding an unresolved MFA login issue.
I am completely locked out of my Azure account. Azure requests a 6-digit MFA code, but my Microsoft Authenticator app generates an 8-digit code because my account is a personal Microsoft account. I do not see any SMS or email verification options.
I requested an MFA reset more than 48 hours ago, but I have not received any update or resolution.
